K3 artsは、ルミダイブ ― 光る深海パズル（LumiDive）において、以下のように情報を取り扱います。この節はLumiDiveに適用されます。

 

ゲーム内の保存

ゲームの進捗、所持コイン、ライフ、言語・音量などの設定、広告報酬の利用回数・間隔は、ご利用の端末に保存します。ゲーム独自のアカウント登録やクラウド保存はありません。アプリの削除などにより、端末に保存されたゲームデータが失われる場合があります。

 

広告と外部サービス

本アプリはGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）、およびAdMobメディエーションを通じたUnity Adsを利用します。任意の動画報酬広告と、プレイの区切りに表示する全画面広告があります。

 

広告・同意管理サービスは、端末やOSの情報、OSが許可する広告識別子などの端末識別情報、IPアドレスとそれに基づくおおよその位置、広告の表示・視聴・操作に関する情報、診断・性能情報、プライバシーの選択に関する情報を処理する場合があります。アプリはGPSなどの正確な位置情報の取得権限を要求しません。

 

これらの情報は、広告の配信・測定、サービスの運用・改善、不正防止、および同意の選択を管理する目的で、Google、Unityとその広告パートナーにより処理される場合があります。広告識別子の利用やパーソナライズは、地域のルール、同意の選択、OSの許可、配信設定に応じて制限されます。制限された広告でも、配信・測定・不正防止などに必要な情報が処理される場合があります。

適用される地域では、アプリに表示されるプライバシーメッセージで同意・拒否や個別の選択を行えます。選択の変更が必要な地域では、アプリの設定画面の広告に関するプライバシー設定から再度開けます。米国の適用地域では、情報の販売・共有やターゲティング広告に関するオプトアウトの選択が表示される場合があります。端末の設定でも広告識別子やトラッキングの許可を管理できます。同意しないことだけを理由にゲームのプレイを制限しません。利用できる広告や報酬の提供状況は選択や配信状況によって変わる場合があります。

K3 arts handles information in LumiDive as described below. This section applies to LumiDive.

 

Game data stored on your device

Game progress, coins, lives, language and audio preferences, and the counts and intervals of advertising rewards are stored on your device. The game has no account registration or its own cloud save service. Removing the app may remove the game data stored on your device.

 

Advertising and external services

The app uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK), Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Unity Ads through AdMob mediation. It offers optional rewarded video ads and fullscreen ads between plays.

 

Advertising and consent services may process device and operating system information, advertising identifiers and other device identifiers where permitted by the operating system, IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, ad impressions, viewing and interaction information, diagnostics and performance information, and privacy choices. The app does not request permission to obtain precise GPS location.

 

Google, Unity, and their advertising partners may process this information to serve and measure ads, operate and improve their services, prevent fraud, and manage privacy choices. Use of advertising identifiers and personalization is limited according to regional requirements, your choices, operating system permissions, and advertising settings. Restricted ads may still involve processing information needed for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Your privacy choices

Where applicable, privacy messages in the app let you consent, decline, or manage individual choices. Where a privacy options entry point is required, you can reopen it from the app's advertising privacy settings. In applicable US regions, choices to opt out of sale or sharing of information or targeted advertising may be available. You can also manage advertising identifiers and tracking permissions in your device settings. Declining consent alone does not prevent you from playing the game. The availability of ads and associated rewards may vary with your choices and ad availability.
